I'm finding shopping so much easier now, I think it's hard to adjust though, I still think I am the size I was before, I automatically pick up the big sizes. I hesitate with smaller clothes with lots of doubt in my mind, I still feel like the bigger version of me.
The feeling when the smaller clothes fit is the best bit for me, inside I am bursting with happiness.
Today I went into to asda to try a few things on to see what I liked for a party I am going to, I had to take a picture as it was a very proud moment when everything fitted!.
