Week 55 for me, and I lost 3lbs, Slimming World amazes me that this far into my journey I still can loose that in a week.
I officially have 8.5lbs till I reach my target weight which is well within a healthy BMI range, exciting!
This week I am taking a challenge, a personal challenge and I am calling it my 'one perfect week' which will be no snacking, measuring EVERYTHING and making sure I take note of everything that passes my lips, I am always guilty of a sneaky chocolate or crisp here and there. I would love 2lbs off this week, lets see eh?
The end is near and I'm so excited to start the next part of my journey.
